BackgroundAortic valve neocuspidization (AVNeo) for trileaflet aortic reconstruction using autologous pericardium (Ozaki procedure) offers an alternative treatment modality to overcome drawbacks of conventional prosthetic replacement.MethodsBetween October 2016 and April 2019, 103 patients underwent surgery.
